So God made a Quality Manager

I love this video! I especially love it, because I appreciate the people I work with on behalf of SQMC. More often than not, they are Quality Managers.

The role of a Quality Manager in some organisations can present its own set of unique challenges. There's often limited support from senior management, and a lack of recognition for achievements. It can often feel like a daunting task to uphold and improve quality standards within such a complex organisational structure.

Quality Managers tirelessly work behind the scenes, diligently monitoring processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to enhance product or service quality. However, the absence of visible support from senior management can make it an uphill battle to secure necessary resources and drive meaningful change.

Additionally, the frustration of never receiving credit for successful outcomes can be disheartening, as the hard work and dedication put into ensuring things go right often go unnoticed.

Despite these struggles, Quality Managers persist, fueled by their unwavering commitment to quality excellence and their determination to make a positive impact, not only for the company but also for the satisfaction and well-being of its customers.

Their resilience and perseverance in the face of adversity deserve admiration and appreciation.
