We hear a lot about 'Customer Care', or rather the lack of it, so I am pleased to report on an experience my wife & I encountered recently, incognito!
We had occasion to rent a car from Enterprise's office in Peterborough recently and were very impresseed by the 'customer care' shown us by two of their staff, in particular.
Alex, who met us at the train station and helped with our (heavy!) suitcases was a very pleasant young man for whom nothing was too much trouble. Jordan, who helped us immensely when we returned the car - firstly by giving accurate instructions on how to find their office, tucked away in a small trading estate, and secondly by driving us expertly & speedily in order to catch our train to return home.
Excellent service! (And the car - a Pulsar - was pretty good, too!). Well done, Enterprise!
