A brief overview
For almost a quarter of a century, thousands of students and business customers from all over the world have favoured SQMC for their ISO Management Systems training requirements. There are many reasons for this, such as our unsurpassed pass rates, our prestigious history in training innovation, and our Centre's accredited status with IRCA – a guarantee of excellence and authority in Lead Auditor qualifications. These are all certainly very attractive qualities, which our clientele value greatly; but given that people do business with people, we believe that the primary reason people choose – and remain clients of – SQMC is down to our personnel.
SQMC involve staff and associates, with their wide, current experience and ever-present technical competence, in developing our courses and services. Not only are our tutors professional trainers but they are IRCA-registered professional Auditors, and implementers and operators of Quality (and related) Management Systems. Moreover, our technical staff are themselves former students of SQMC, who have been carefully selected for their exceptional performances, enthusiasm, and people skills. They have then journeyed through SQMC's 3 or 4 stage 'Trainer Apprenticeship' programme, meeting IRCA requirements, before qualifying to conduct SQMC courses as Lead Tutors.
All of our team measure and self-assess their effectiveness, and work hard to contextualise learning to our customer's workplace. And our consultants – all Chartered Professionals with a wealth of experience – make a continuous, painstaking and unrelenting effort to walk in our customers shoes (that proverbial 'extra mile', if need be).
We operate a philosophy of operational excellence in encouraging improvement in our operating procedures. And as Auditors, our philosophy is simple but crucial: to audit for compliance. It is this positive principle which we pass on to trainee auditors in the classroom, who run with it, and make a real difference back at work.
