Training Headquarters: Carnegie Conference Centre, Dunfermline
Opened in 1998, Carnegie Conference Centre (CCC) is the training ‘jewel in the crown’ of the Kingdom of Fife. A modern and purpose-built venue with a choice of 25 conference, meeting and syndicate rooms (including Video Conferencing and 2 PC Training Suites), CCC offers spaciousness and flexibility for the staging of all SQMC events.
The quality facilities are incorporated over 3 airy, semi-open-plan levels. The staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient; with dedicated conference co-ordinators and an IT support team on hand every day.
The Centre’s “1835” restaurant (named after the year of local philanthropist, Andrew Carnegie’s birth) provides our delegates with delicious two-course, hot buffet lunches in relaxed, attractive surroundings.
There are several hotels and guesthouses within walking distance of the CCC: a Travelodge, Premier Inn, and – on campus – a Holiday Inn Express. Best rates for each can be found online at their respective websites. Contact us to request our accommodation info sheet.
