SQMC work with suppliers who are due to be audited to Achilles Verify. We assist them to build on their existing processes, develop what will work for them, and enhance their performance – all the while specifically preparing them for an Achilles Verify audit.

Ted and Marion Low’s company, E Low (Builders) of Strathmiglo, were notified that they were to be subject to an Achilles Verify audit earlier this year (2009), as a subcontractor of Scottish Power. A small, 2 man set up with 1 part time support worker, they were unsure how to prepare for and meet the criteria - and it seemed a formidable task. Nevertheless, their comments tell their own story:
Karen worked with us all the way - explaining everything that was needed and why; and finding ways to enhance what we did… making any additions to our processes work for us, not just creating paperwork. We have great systems now to follow and life is much easier every time we have to complete PQQs or the like.
