ISO 10,014:2006 Quality Management Systems. Guidelines for realizing financial and economic benefits
This new standard provides guidelines for achieving financial and economic benefits through the effective application of the interrelated ‘Eight Management Principles’ developed from those in ISO 9000:2005, helping to enable success and sustainability of your organization.
A cornerstone of this standard is a self-assessment gap analysis tool that helps identify your current position and prioritise opportunities for value-added action. Deming’s PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) process models then assist in the targeted application of the interrelated management principles.
The PDCA concept is the basis of SQMC’s training programmes. Please note that all our QMS courses now include an insight into ISO 9001:2009!
P.S. Our next QMS Lead Auditor course is at Prestwick International Airport, March 12 - 16, 2007. Join us, if you can!
STOP PRESS: Our new free “2007 Prospectus” (North American edition) is now available by telephoning Glen Allan in our Vancouver agency office: (604) 856 5474.
