We are regularly commissioned by clients who prefer to have their relevant staff trained altogether, on their own premises. In fact, we have run in-house courses from Shetland to Southampton, as well as on the Continent. Even if you only have a small group of 2 or 3 who require training, why not call us and discuss the option of in-house courses at your establishment, tailored to your organisation's systems. One-to-One Tutoring is also available on all of our programmes (however, please note that IRCA require a minimum of four candidates in attendance in order to officially recognise the event).

International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA)

As an IRCA-registered Training Provider (A.O 3808), you can be sure that the standard of training you receive is recognised and approved internationally.

The International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) was created by the Institute of Quality Assurance (CQI) in order to provide an objective assurance of the competence of Quality Auditors. This is vital to Accreditation and Certification Bodies, ISO 9000-registered organisations and, most importantly, their customers.

Accellerated Learning Techniques

All SQMC Management Systems courses employ ‘Accelerated Learning’ techniques.

What is Accelerated Learning? It is an umbrella term for a series of practical approaches to learning. These theories draw from a range of disciplines including: the study of aspects of brain function, theories of human attention and motivation, the psychology of optimal performance and intelligence theory.

There is a clear link between the Deming (PDCA) Cycle & the ‘Learning Cycle’ used in our Management Systems courses, as recommended by IRCA.
