A 1-day introductory course based on IRCA 2001
Aim
The aim of this course is to provide participants with an overview of the purpose and requirements of ISO 9001:2008 as a tool for business improvement.
Who should attend?
It is intended for those requiring an introduction to the QMS Standard, and for all levels of staff - including top management.
Those involved in the design, implementation and continual improvement of the QMS will find this course helpful, as will those who plan to take other ISO 9001:2008-based training courses such as Internal Quality Auditor and QMS 2000 Auditor/Lead Auditor.
